KOMINTE Company Ltd. was established in 1996 as a company dealing with production and supply of furniture to interiors. Since the requirements of the market forced us to a comprehensive interior so-called "turnkey", was established in 1997 the building of our society. In the meantime, given the nature of our society as a construction company with strong ambitions in the realization of interiors. In the years 1997 - 2000 was our most important partner 1.Cooperative savings bank and cooperative holding, for which we have implemented all the banking and business centers across the country (about 50 branches). Subsequently, we focused our work on the complete realization of commercial units in the business and commercial centers, including project documentation. Among our many partners include companies Lunettes Optics (8 stores implemented), Private Member (16 stores implemented), Takko Fashion (4 implementation), OP Prostějov (12 implementation), Luna Leder (4 implementation), bookstore KANZELSBERGER (6 implementation) , book wholesale PEMIC (3 of implementation), HERVIS sport (3 of implementation), EUROSHOES and JOHN GARFIELD(6 implementation), Envy sport, Flowers Novak (10 implementation). In so doing, the business centers is one of our most important partners, TESCO Stores, PLAZA, FORUM, FUTURUM and AVION. Another of our activities since 2003, also became the construction of houses on the city and its environs. By the end of 2004 we successfully implemented the construction of 4 houses. In 2004 we also began construction of a commercial character, and in the second half of the year, we built a stock production hall in Ostrava Svinov and the end of the year started to build a service station in Prague Modletice.

The success of building our company in future years as in the area of the interior and in the field of construction, characterized by aggressive increase in turnover to more than double compared to previous years, from 10 million crowns to about 25 mil. crowns in 2004. Similarly successful was also the year 2005. Our construction is again moving in two directions, and the building of other business units of our permanent and new clients and the construction of individual houses. Also in the field of interiors, we strengthen our position and we have increased the production of furniture, kitchens and interiors around the more than 100%. Our turnover for 2005 reached the amount of 60 million crowns.

In 2006, we successfully continued our cooperation with all major relevant partners and we extend to them the exercise field to Slovakia, where we became subject to VAT and facilitate them to realization of all construction in this market. Business turnover of the company again increased by 7%.

An important point in moving our company to a high standard of quality work was completed long pipeline quality certification ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in mid-2006. This will open up for us new possibilities for the realization of buildings, which fall within the ambit of the revitalization of prefabricated houses and flats. In this area we already have behind closed several successful implementation with a turnover approaching 100 million CZK.

In 2007 and 2008 we are ISO 9001 certified company and ISO 14001 successfully defended. In 2009, start their own construction and residential "Villa" home. We have already found its firm place in the market for construction activities with a guaranteed quality of their services. At present, our company belongs to medium-sized construction firms certified the Czech Republic.
